Bootcamp:

Bootcamp found its origin in the army. It didn’t take long for this kind of training to become popular among people outside the military, and for good reason!

Bootcamp classes are outside, in a group, using your own body as a tool to become fit. It’s fun, easily accessible and challenging!

A Bootcamp class consists of a wide variety of exercises, aimed to increase your strenght, agility, coordination, endurance, flexibility and speed.
